Coordinates maintenance, support, enhancements, and user resources for lending operations systems. Partners with Information Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to implement system changes, resolve issues, train staff, and support technology initiatives. Ensures supported platforms are efficient, scalable, consistent, and compliant with lending regulations. The role requires knowledge of consumer lending, loan origination systems, financial technology platforms, workflow tools, and related business applications.

Supports and administers corporate business applications and databases by performing updates, upgrades, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and system administration. The role maintains system reliability and service levels, supports Windows and UNIX environments, and collaborates with management, departments, employees, and members. Responsibilities include diagnosing application, database, software, and operational issues while managing multiple priorities and maintaining complex business systems.

Provides member and cardholder services for ATM, debit, and credit card accounts. Responsibilities include analyzing disputes, initiating chargebacks, processing monetary and non-monetary account adjustments, balancing ATMs, imaging transactions, collaborating across departments, handling complex card-service tasks, and leading projects as needed. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of related experience, knowledge of card-network rules and regulations, and proficiency with Symitar, TransFund, and FiServ/Velera.

Leads enterprise-wide organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications. Advises executive leadership, builds organizational readiness, drives adoption of strategic initiatives, and strengthens employee engagement. Establishes and matures change management or communications capabilities, governance, and service delivery. Oversees executive messaging, communication channels, change impact assessments, adoption measurement, vendor management, and cross-functional transformation initiatives within a regulated financial institution.

Manages secondary mortgage market activities, including rate locks, loan commitments, pricing, hedging, investor loan sales, investor records, and management reporting. Analyzes investor pricing, market conditions, pipeline risk, margins, and execution strategies while ensuring compliance with mortgage lending regulations and investor requirements. Uses mortgage pricing and loan origination systems to support accurate, timely loan sale execution and communicates pricing and market insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Supports administration, execution, optimization, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related marketing technologies. Develops targeted, personalized, data-driven member communications across channels using segmentation, behavioral insights, automated journeys, and lifecycle marketing strategies. Partners with marketing, technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant campaign execution, accurate data, effective integrations, quality assurance, and platform improvements.
