Lead and deliver ServiceNow deployment projects as Project Manager / Scrum Master: manage scope, schedule, budget, sprints and risks; facilitate stakeholder meetings; build high-performing teams; ensure customer satisfaction, knowledge transfer and continuous ServiceNow learning; mentor staff and apply project management tools and reporting.

Provide technical support and configuration for ServiceNow deployments, liaise with clients to gather requirements, debug issues, develop enhancements, build reports and integrations, and deliver training. Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure timely, high-quality solutions and maintain customer satisfaction while continuously improving ServiceNow knowledge and processes.

Lead design and deployment of ServiceNow-based business process solutions, translate requirements into user stories, run workshops, create process documentation, advise clients on best practices, and support pre-sales and project lifecycle deliverables.
