Lead pre-sales consulting for ServiceNow: gather business requirements, design solutions and POCs, deliver demos and workshops, scope proposals/RFP responses, develop roadmaps, and support sales-to-delivery transitions while collaborating with sales and delivery teams.

Lead and manage a team of Functional Consultants to deliver ServiceNow solutions. Advise customers on best practices, conduct workshops, define/to-be processes, gap analysis, and drive process roadmaps. Ensure quality, KPIs, documentation, mentoring, and contribute to strategy, governance, and consulting process development while supporting sales and delivery activities.

Lead new business and territory development for RGP's ServiceNow Business Unit in Australia. Drive pipeline and revenue through consultative, solution-focused selling to large enterprises and federal accounts; build C-level relationships; collaborate with sales leadership, presales, and partners; use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline; support proposals, pitches, and project launches while meeting KPIs and sales targets.

Sell ServiceNow licenses and professional services to new and existing enterprise customers. Develop territory and key account relationships, collaborate with sales leadership and presales, qualify leads, maintain CRM data, meet quarterly sales targets, and communicate business outcomes to senior stakeholders across IT, finance, HR, and customer service.
