Provide administration, installation, maintenance, and support for network devices and technologies (SD‑WAN, WAN/LAN, VoIP). Troubleshoot hardware/software, manage Active Directory, support enterprise applications, and assist with network projects and expansions while providing customer-focused support and occasional travel between sites.
