Supervises technical training operations for industrial or commercial machinery and equipment. Determines training needs, assigns instructors, schedules classes, evaluates training materials and instructor performance, monitors training budgets, prepares expenditure reports, attends relevant meetings and seminars, and develops or delivers technical training programs. The role also includes hiring, training, performance management, and problem resolution for staff working rotating Friday–Monday 10-hour shifts.
