Leads corporate marketing, branding, creative design, digital and social media strategy for Defined Fitness. Develops multimedia campaigns, website and app content, email and text campaigns, editorial calendars, and brand standards. Tracks digital performance metrics, manages marketing projects, budgets, vendors, events, and production, and supervises the Marketing Specialist. Ensures consistent brand execution, meets deadlines, and communicates creative solutions across departments.

Provides administrative support to Human Resources, including candidate screening, onboarding, employment record maintenance, background and drug testing coordination, scheduling orientations and training, inventory management, communications, filing, mail distribution, and front-office assistance. Handles confidential information and resolves administrative issues while supporting efficient HR operations.

Supports daily accounting operations through accounts payable processing, journal entries, vendor transaction data entry, report generation, filing, bank deposits, and confidential financial record handling. The role also manages office mail, equipment, and supplies while maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support to the accounting department.
