Provides in-person and phone-based customer service and inside sales for tire and automotive services. Quotes prices, inspects and diagnoses tire and repair needs, recommends services, follows up on special orders, and works toward sales, gross profit, and unit goals. Supports store operations including inventory, receiving, warehousing, deliveries, and occasional vehicle pickup and delivery while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
