Coordinates inventory, logistics, freight deliveries, and SAP transactions to maintain accurate material and inventory records. Manage executive-level supplier relationships, drive cross-category consolidation, deliver sustained savings, maintain defensible savings tracking, mentor Sourcing Managers, and support food safety, quality, and legal compliance across manufacturing operations.

Manages human resources operations for manufacturing plants, partnering with leadership on employee relations, engagement, recruiting, onboarding, retention, compliance, performance management, leave administration, workers’ compensation, communications, and HR budgeting. Leads HR support staff, coaches leaders, analyzes workforce metrics, supports safety and quality programs, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Own strategic sourcing and category management across indirect spend categories, including MRO, facilities, utilities, IT, marketing, HR, and professional services. Develop category strategies, lead competitive bids and complex contract negotiations, manage supplier performance, drive savings, and improve procurement compliance. Analyze spend and total cost, optimize inventory and subscriptions, maintain procurement records, and resolve supplier issues affecting plant operations, quality, and food safety. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple sites.

Designs, programs, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains PLC, HMI, SCADA, electrical, HVAC, and production equipment control systems. Reviews and updates electrical schematics, supports network communications and FactoryTalk Historian, diagnoses programming and mechanical failures, assists technicians, advises management on system risks, and supports continuous improvement, food safety, and quality compliance.

Lead the organization’s IT infrastructure and support strategy, architecture, roadmap, service delivery, operations, security, compliance, budgets, and change management. Oversee systems, storage, databases, networks, cloud, hosting, vendors, and IT professionals. Partner with business and IT leaders to deliver scalable, cost-effective services, improve performance and availability, support audits, and strengthen business continuity and disaster recovery.

Supports Sales by coordinating customer requests, bids, agreements, reporting, account documentation, portals, and cross-functional issue resolution. Maintains sales, financial, profitability, budget, and trade-spending reports; troubleshoots ordering, invoicing, and inventory issues; supports account management and customer communications; coordinates meetings and follow-up; and identifies process improvements. Requires strong analytical, communication, systems, Excel, and problem-solving skills.
