Leads meal planning strategy and execution across Fresh Del Monte’s brands, retail customers, agencies, and marketing teams. Develops recipe-driven activations, partnerships, co-branding, cross-promotions, and retail programs designed to increase volume, sales, and profit. Owns budgets, consumer insights, recipe databases, retailer relationships, innovation launches, and integrated digital, shopper, and omnichannel activation strategies.

Supports HR operations through reporting, spreadsheet preparation, project coordination, documentation management, recordkeeping, presentations, communications, and administrative support. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, ensuring accuracy and compliance, coordinating deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Office is required, while bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.

Owns sales planning, trade spend, forecasting, merchandising, assortment, pricing, promotions, and profitability objectives. Builds strategic customer partnerships, develops joint business plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, analyzes customer and category data, supports sales presentations, and drives execution of new items and growth initiatives.

Leads financial reporting, accounting governance, internal controls, SEC reporting support, audit coordination, and accounts payable and receivable functions for the Foods Division. Oversees US GAAP compliance, manufacturing and cost accounting practices, process improvement, automation, risk management, and financial control execution. Partners with Finance, IT, and leadership on strategic analyses, acquisitions, divestitures, system implementations, and global business initiatives.

Leads category management and shopper insights for Del Monte Foods by analyzing market, consumer, competitive, and product data. Develops actionable recommendations, selling stories, category strategies, and shelving and space-management plans. Supports sales across retail channels, educates commercial teams on category and brand performance, identifies growth opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally to commercialize brands. Requires strong analytics, data visualization, storytelling, communication, strategic planning, and leadership skills.

Analyzes supply chain data to improve inventory, transportation, supplier, demand, and operational performance. Develops Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations; monitors KPIs; identifies cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities; supports S&OP and IBP processes; and collaborates with planning, operations, procurement, finance, and IT teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Manages site accounting operations, including financial, cost, asset, production, and inventory records. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, balance sheet controls, inventory costing, capital expenditure reporting, raw product accounting, SOX compliance, and financial analysis. Leads, trains, and develops the accounting team while supporting productivity and cost-effectiveness initiatives.

Develop and execute omnichannel activation strategies for assigned retail accounts to increase brand sales and market share.
