Oversee moderately complex data center projects from initiation through completion, managing schedules, budgets, contracts, client relationships, KPIs, escalations, and service deployments. Lead client meetings, coordinate vendors and maintenance planning, mentor Team Leads, support workforce planning, monitor operational and safety compliance, maintain reporting and documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role is primarily administrative, leadership-focused, and client-facing within an onsite data center environment.

Supports project managers with project schedules, commissioning plans, documentation, meeting minutes, punch-list management, reporting templates, budgets, profitability monitoring, and invoicing. Coordinates communication among project teams, clients, engineers, general contractors, and other stakeholders. The role requires familiarity with mechanical and electrical building systems, strong organization and communication skills, extensive travel to data center worksites, and the ability to perform physically demanding site activities.

Inspects, examines, and tests electrical and mechanical MEP components during mission-critical construction projects. Records test results, verifies equipment condition, reviews QA/QC plans and procedures, coordinates inspection activities, and prepares reports. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, leadership, and the ability to work from a home office while traveling frequently to project sites and performing strenuous physical tasks.

Coordinates training and certification programs in a mission-critical data center environment. Maintains onboarding records, certification renewals, compliance documentation, training databases, and audit-ready reports. Partners with site leadership, corporate training teams, client representatives, and external providers to schedule sessions, identify skill gaps, align training with safety and regulatory requirements, and report completion and compliance metrics. Supports audits, refresher programs, and continuous workforce competency.

Serves as the technical authority for BMS and control systems supporting mission-critical data centers. Owns system changes, configuration integrity, troubleshooting, optimization, vendor oversight, and QA/QC for installations and commissioning. Analyzes equipment data, supports mechanical and electrical system integration, develops technical documentation, and trains facility operations staff. The role requires collaboration with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable building automation systems.

Manages strategic account projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, customer communication, reporting, and service deployment coordination. Responsibilities include site access and travel planning, project controls, timecard and expense approval, subcontractor coordination, hiring and onboarding support, employee training, safety compliance, and adherence to client security and privacy standards. The role requires frequent physical activity in data center and outdoor environments and travel to U.S. data center locations.
