Provide prompt, professional customer service, recommend suitable packages and upgrades, follow up on leads, resolve complaints, and own customer sales outcomes. The role requires phone-based sales ability, strong communication, attention to detail, KPI performance, flexible evening and weekend availability, and a customer-focused approach.

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of growth-focused travel products. Manage the full product lifecycle from identifying customer problems through delivery, measurement, and optimization. Collaborate with engineering, commercial, finance, marketing, and design teams, translate complex concepts into technical requirements, define success metrics, and use experimentation and customer insights to drive outcomes. AI product experience, SQL, and statistical analysis of A/B tests are beneficial.

Manages tourism board partnerships by driving new business, growing revenue, securing cooperative marketing investment, and negotiating high-value agreements. Develops tailored proposals, commercializes company media and digital assets, monitors travel market trends, and builds long-term relationships with tourism boards, destination marketing organizations, agencies, and travel businesses. Collaborates with internal teams to deliver campaigns and represents the company at industry events.

Own the brand marketing calendar and lead integrated B2C campaigns from briefing through launch. Coordinate creative, performance, commercial, CRM, Studio, Content, and external partners while managing timelines, risks, deliverables, events, activations, partnerships, and photoshoots. Provide creative direction, maintain brand consistency, support influencer initiatives, and connect brand activity to audience growth, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes.

Define strategy to increase conversion and margin, translate strategy into requirements and prototypes, manage agile delivery, run experiments and A/B tests, analyze product metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams.
