Job Description

We are now looking for a Manager of Tourism Board Partnerships, you’ll grow Luxury Escapes’ portfolio of tourism board partnerships and position the brand as a valuable marketing and distribution partner for destination campaigns. You’ll identify commercial opportunities, generate partnership revenue and secure co-operative marketing investment to support high-impact annual campaigns.

You’ll build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners while developing trusted, long-term relationships with tourism boards and destination marketing organisations. By understanding their priorities and demonstrating the reach, expertise and results Luxury Escapes can deliver, you’ll create partnerships that support destination marketing goals and drive sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for:

  • Drive substantial revenue growth through a clear, comprehensive sales strategy and process.
  • Lead new business development across key clients, agencies and tourism board partners, generating new and repeat partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor global travel trends, market dynamics and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and inform commercial decisions.
  • Develop compelling partnership proposals and pitch materials tailored to tourism board objectives and industry trends.
  • Commercialise Luxury Escapes-owned assets, including television shows, live events, magazines, digital products and social channels.
  • Lead negotiations and secure high-value tourism board partnerships, including six- and seven-figure agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, product and operations to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Represent Luxury Escapes at key events and industry functions, building brand visibility and expanding trade networks.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Commercial experience in media sales, brand partnerships, sponsorship or business development, in the travel or tourism sector.
  • An established network across tourism boards, destination marketing organisations, travel businesses and relevant agencies.
  • A proven track record of generating revenue, opening new markets and securing high-value commercial partnerships.
  • Experience leading complex negotiations and managing partnerships from initial proposal through to delivery and renewal.
  • The ability to develop persuasive partnership proposals and clearly communicate value to senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial and analytical capability, with experience using market intelligence, audience insights and performance data to shape strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Confident, collaborative communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and with diverse external stakeholders.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline is desirable; equivalent relevant experience is also valued.
