Drive the full sales cycle for Baseline’s business software, from lead generation and outreach through closing, account setup, and onboarding. Build relationships with cheer gyms, dance studios, and youth sports businesses; attend industry events; understand customer pain points; and position Baseline as a better operational solution. The role also contributes market insights and product feedback in a remote, early-stage startup environment.

Own end-to-end Meta paid ads—strategy, targeting, creative testing, budget management, and CAC/ROAS reporting. Manage social channels and grow Facebook Groups. Create and iterate on content (video, graphics, copy) for facility owners and sports operators. Partner with sales and product to align marketing with business needs.
