Leads the dealership’s BDC and Internet Sales operations, managing teams, digital and phone leads, customer follow-up, appointment generation, sales conversion, CRM reporting, performance metrics, recruiting, training, and compliance. Develops sales campaigns and communication strategies while partnering with dealership sales and marketing leaders to improve customer engagement, show rates, closing ratios, and vehicle sales.

Processes in-house payroll for multiple dealership locations, including reviewing timesheets, entering earnings information, verifying payroll accuracy, and assisting with pre-employment testing. Requires reliability, strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking ability, teamwork, accurate instruction-following, and prior payroll or HR experience.
