Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of multifamily properties including monthly financial statements, reconciliations, budgets, variance analysis, AP processing, resident ledgers, utility and resident billing support, year-end workpapers, audits, and onboarding/offboarding for acquisitions and dispositions while collaborating with property and accounting teams.
