Respond to incoming online and phone leads, generate appointments through outbound prospecting, assist customers with vehicle selection, manage email inquiries promptly, and meet sales quotas.

Provide general administrative support including reception, answering phones, scheduling, filing, data entry, mail handling, and basic office upkeep. Assist staff with routine tasks, maintain organized records, manage office supplies, and support meetings and light bookkeeping as needed.
