Manage special non-standard product projects from contract review through delivery: define scope, create schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, purchasing, engineering, finance), control cost and schedule, lead kickoff meetings, resolve design and supplier issues, and ensure customer satisfaction and on-time quality delivery.

Support and optimize battery manufacturing processes for safety, quality, productivity and performance. Implement process changes and new equipment, eliminate downtime, support Six Sigma projects, collaborate with quality and maintenance, manage capital projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Design, standardize, and implement battery fill, formation, testing, material handling, and shipment processes. Develop and validate equipment, collaborate with global manufacturing sites, lead prototype and production builds, drive automation and controls (PLC/HMI), and manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget while promoting global standardization and best practices.

Support installation, startup, checkout and acceptance of battery assembly equipment. Provide PLC/HMI and robot programming, servo/motion control, electrical schematics, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination across plants during capacity expansion projects.

Design, develop, test and implement Windows and networked software systems from inception to delivery. Lead design/code reviews, mentor junior staff, prepare technical feasibility studies, and create design specifications and test plans. Work includes PC application coding, debugging, and evaluating product/process metrics.
