Join the Greater China Corporate team advising on cross-border HK IPOs, listings and public company M&A. Lead and support private equity transactions (MBOs, LBOs, public-to-privates, restructurings), manage transaction delivery and quality, supervise junior lawyers, contribute to business development, pitch work, and firm initiatives while ensuring compliance with risk and billing processes.

Manage pitches and proposals, lead cross-practice, sector-focused BD initiatives, support partners with strategic planning and profile-raising, drive client development, CRM programmes and thought leadership across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Provide administrative support to the Digital Legal Delivery team: schedule meetings, manage travel and expenses, draft and manage legal documents using Microsoft Office and iManage, open/close matters and assist billing, handle client queries, mentor junior staff, support business development and events, and champion technology and AI adoption while ensuring firm compliance.

Provide high-quality legal advice and manage commercial litigation matters including regulatory investigations, corporate disputes, internal investigations, inquiries and class actions. Support partners, handle files, identify issues, propose solutions, develop client relationships, collaborate across offices and contribute to business development and team growth.
