Coordinates legal recruiting, campus and lateral attorney hiring, summer associate programs, interviews, onboarding, bar admission tracking, mentoring, inclusion initiatives, events, communications, budgets, and reporting for the Washington, DC office. Supports recruiting leadership, maintains law school relationships, coordinates evaluations and assignments, tracks expenses, and manages confidential information while collaborating across recruiting, talent, and professional development teams.

Leads global product management and design for custom-built and SaaS legal practice solutions. Provides senior, white-glove IT support for a Chicago law office, including hardware, software, network, telecommunications, audiovisual, mobile device, and printer troubleshooting. Maintains service records, inventories, documentation, and knowledge-base articles; coordinates installations, office moves, upgrades, events, and off-site setups. Supports VIP users, escalated issues, and collaboration with global IT teams. Requires onsite work five days weekly, schedule flexibility, occasional after-hours support, and travel to other offices.

Administer and support the Firm’s iManage document management environment, including workspace governance, cloud services, ethical walls, integrations, REST API automation, upgrades, testing, reporting, and troubleshooting. Engage attorneys and business teams through training, documentation, communications, and workflow guidance. Partner with Information Governance, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to improve adoption, security, compliance, support processes, and information management across the Firm.

Develops knowledge strategy and resources for exempt organizations and personal planning legal practices. Evaluates and supports AI and legal technology adoption, creates precedents and training materials, monitors legislative and legal developments, publishes client alerts, maintains practice intelligence dashboards, supports pitches and RFPs, and mentors attorneys on legal research and knowledge resources.

Leads the firm-wide AI governance and risk program, developing policies, standards, controls, evaluation processes, and vendor due diligence. The role manages AI risks across the lifecycle, including privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, ethics, and third-party risk. It monitors global AI regulations, advises partners and senior leadership, coordinates with legal, security, information governance, and technology teams, and drives responsible AI training, awareness, and adoption across the firm.

Develop and lead enterprise security architecture across on-premises, cloud, and containerized environments. Establish security standards, roadmaps, hardening practices, and AI security controls; review architectures, guide implementations, evaluate security tools, and mitigate technology risks. Advise business and engineering stakeholders, oversee proof-of-concepts and integrations, monitor security effectiveness, and address emerging cyber threats through threat intelligence and strategic risk management.

Lead strategy and execution of litigation submissions to major legal directories (Chambers, Legal 500, Benchmark, etc.). Manage submission content, researcher interviews, reference outreach, results tracking, and a centralized litigation matter database. Partner with litigators, practice leaders, and CDE teams to develop narratives, benchmark rankings, and train stakeholders to improve department visibility and rankings.

Processes high-volume attorney client bills, reviews pre-bills, applies credits and write-offs, manages complex and electronic billing, resolves discrepancies, and supports partners, clients, collections, and Finance. The role prepares billing reports and schedules, maintains audit-ready records, assists with compliance and billing-system improvements, and supports month-end and year-end cycles.
