Lead and execute internal audits to evaluate controls, financial accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency; develop audit programs; report findings to executive leadership and the board; liaise with auditors and regulators; investigate fraud and recommend remediation; maintain audit documentation and promote internal control awareness across the credit union.

Support Risk Manager by processing BSA/AML requirements (CTRs, SARs, OFAC/314a/314b), monitoring Verafin fraud alerts, handling subpoenas/garnishments/liens, managing insurance certificates and loss claims, conducting fraud and identity-theft investigations, and assisting members and staff with fraud affidavits and reimbursements.

Manage daily operations of consumer underwriting and funding teams; supervise staff scheduling and performance; act as executive underwriter for escalated credit decisions; ensure regulatory compliance; oversee training, metrics, and system solutions; support senior lending leadership.
