Oversees the credit union’s regulatory compliance, BSA/AML, OFAC, fraud prevention, internal audit, complaint management, vendor management, and risk functions. Leads investigations, regulatory filings, audits, policy reviews, compliance monitoring, and coordination with auditors, examiners, regulators, and legal counsel. Reports findings to senior leadership and the Audit Committee, supervises Risk Management staff, monitors regulatory changes, and ensures effective controls and confidential information handling.
