Leads operations for a 5,000-plus apartment home portfolio across luxury, student, and workforce housing communities. Oversees regional managers, property performance, financial planning, revenue and NOI growth, occupancy, leasing, resident experience, maintenance, capital improvements, compliance, market positioning, marketing, acquisitions, and development lease-ups. Mentors teams, drives accountability, identifies operational improvements, manages strategic initiatives, and supports performance across the broader 12,000-home portfolio.
