Provide Tier 2/3 support for messaging and collaboration platforms (Proofpoint, Sendmail, LDAP), ensuring retention compliance, incident/problem/change management, patch deployments, platform metrics, lifecycle activities, and root-cause analysis. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, liaise with IT teams and vendors, and maintain daily operations protocols.

Work on an agile team to design and implement an iOS SDK for third-party developers. Develop interfaces, write unit tests, and collaborate with a tech lead, testers, and team members to deliver production-quality SDK components.

Provide bilingual (Portuguese/English) Level 1 technical support: triage, troubleshoot and reproduce issues for McAfee Scan Alert; log and escalate cases in MAX; communicate with Tier II and customers; produce knowledgebase articles and troubleshooting guides; document testing and resolutions; maintain professional customer-facing communication.

Provide senior-level administration, troubleshooting, and leadership for Windows-based production environments. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident and change management, patching, virtualization management, security and vulnerability protection, asset management, and mentoring junior staff to meet SLAs and engineering governance.

Develop stand-alone Windows desktop applications using C# WinForms. Design high-level architecture, implement to specification, integrate with USB/serial devices and firmware, use XML and WMI, coordinate with other developers, and track/resolve defects.

Manage and migrate content from a MediaWiki intranet to a new enterprise wiki using tools like the Universal Wiki Converter. Review and update outdated content, export and upload pages, verify and fix formatting, apply Active Directory access controls, and retire the old wiki. Coordinate with IT throughout migration.

Provide Tier II technical support and escalation management for internal and external customers. Troubleshoot OS, networking, hardware, and malware issues; document solutions; deliver technical training; communicate status to stakeholders; work after hours for high-severity incidents.
