Develop, extract, analyze data and create reports and dashboards using SQL (including Oracle). Translate user reporting needs into sustainable code, produce 1-Click/dashboards, analyze report data to identify improvement areas. Work in a manufacturing environment on a contract basis.

Lead design and implementation of identity and access management solutions for customer-facing digital products. Provide organizational change management (OCM) strategy, planning, and communications for an ERP implementation (preference for SAP). Lead OCM activities, stakeholder engagement, and communications across the project. Contract position based in Saint Charles, IL for 11 months, start ASAP.

Provide on-site hardware and software desktop support for laptops/desktops and printers. Troubleshoot Windows OS and Office suite, Adobe and Java issues, map network printers, resolve network and patching issues, and support conference room hardware. Strong diagnostics, communication skills and industry certification required.

Manage low-to-medium complexity IT infrastructure and collaboration projects end-to-end: governance, scope, schedule, budget, risks, change control, stakeholder communications, resource management, delivery acceptance, and handover to operations. Ensure project standards, reporting, and contribute to PM community and business development.

Rebuild and repair an internal SharePoint/InfoPath budget request tool tied to employee DB and SQL Server: diagnose broken server connections, fix workflows and reporting, enhance functionality, and document/deploy solutions.

Provide senior-level Wintel systems administration and leadership for 24x7 production environments. Manage monitoring, incidents, patching, change and asset management, virtualization, Active Directory/Exchange, networking, security operations, and engineering governance. Mentor junior staff, meet SLAs, improve processes/tools, and deliver assigned project and operational work.
