Join the Enterprise Service Management team to design, deploy, and administer service management tools (HPE BSM, uCMDB, ServiceNow, NewRelic). Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot, debug interfaces, log and track support tickets, provide status updates, and resolve issues. Develop and debug Windows applications using MFC, write and test firmware for Nordic ARM SoCs, create automated hardware validation tests, manage bugs and releases, and document manufacturing test procedures.

Designs, implements, and standards enterprise data network infrastructure; resolves complex network issues; leads network projects and pilots; provides L2/L3 engineering support, mentoring, and ensures SLAs, compatibility, and network performance across Cisco-based environments with VoIP and QoS.

Develop and maintain Windows application platform and reference apps for wearable devices, build public SDKs and APIs, collaborate with global device/cloud/test teams, own significant codebase, write unit tests, and follow Agile SDLC and design patterns.

Provide Tier II technical support and escalation management for internal and external customers. Troubleshoot networking, OS, hardware, and malware issues; document solutions; deliver technical training; communicate status to customers, sales, and management; work after hours for critical incidents.

Analyze and debug Android and Linux performance issues by instrumenting kernel, system libraries, and drivers. Use tools like Oprofile and VTune to identify optimizations in Dalvik/JIT and x86 code generation. Maintain detailed logs, produce reports, and share best-known methods with the team.
