Provide sales support for promotional products: advise customers, prepare quotations, coordinate orders with production, follow up on satisfaction, maintain prospect database, and support sales activities including trade shows.

Support email marketing by creating and optimizing template-based emails, identifying target audiences and growing the list, sending weekly promotional/informational broadcasts, and collaborating with Graphic Design and Marketing while gaining experience with Adobe CC and cloud email platforms.
