Sell vehicles by setting and pursuing personal sales goals, complying with automotive sales regulations, using computer systems, communicating with customers, processing and analyzing data, performing basic math for pricing/commissions, and working independently and collaboratively in a mostly on-foot dealership environment. Requires valid driver’s license and sales license where applicable.

Sell and consult on retail vehicles, establish and meet personal sales goals, ensure regulatory compliance, interact with customers face-to-face and by phone, process and analyze sales data, calculate finance figures, and perform physical dealership tasks. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must hold a valid driver’s license and, where applicable, an active sales license.

Requires 2–3 years accounting experience and a high school diploma (degree in business/finance/accounting preferred).
