The Talent and Culture Manager manages routine HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, investigations, policy administration, HR reporting, HRIS support, and payroll assistance. The role also coordinates labor relations for four unionized departments, facilitates labor-management meetings, supports grievances and disciplinary actions, and serves as the primary union representative contact. Additional responsibilities include employment-law updates, cross-functional meetings, special projects, and initiatives to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
