Lead a division's operations by aligning people, processes, and performance across sales, manufacturing, dispatch, and customer service. Lead accounting, reporting, and internal controls for a multi-state manufacturer and retailer, including a large Rent-to-Own portfolio. Manage month-end close, consolidated GAAP financials, audit readiness, cost accounting, inventory valuation, RTO revenue/receivables, ERP (NetSuite) configuration, tax coordination, and supervise and develop the accounting team to support growth and cash flow optimization.
