Manage and coordinate domestic and international shipments using a TMS. Create shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, NAFTA), schedule routes, track shipments, resolve delays/damage claims, optimize costs, coordinate with carriers/customers/warehouses, maintain records and inventory, and support shipping/receiving and safety activities.

Manage and grow digitally printed packaging accounts by building customer relationships, developing pipelines and sales plans, administering pricing, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining CRM data, handling AR collections and resolving quality or urgent customer issues to expand revenue within an assigned territory.

Lead monthly close and financial reporting, maintain GAAP-compliant accounting (including ASC 842 lease accounting), manage fixed assets and inventory controls, support budgeting/forecasting, coordinate audits, support ERP and finance system implementations, and oversee cash, AP/AR, and financial reporting to senior leadership.

Lead and standardize customer billing and collections processes, coach billing specialists, resolve billing disputes and deductions, manage customer portals, support national account managers on overdue accounts, and drive cross-functional alignment to improve cash collection and account management.

Business travel required.

Prepare and post customer invoices and daily cash receipts, manage collections, reconcile bank and AR accounts, complete month-end billing and reconciliations, support audits, cross-train in other accounting areas, maintain documentation, and assist with department projects while ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of billing and payment issues.
