Lead and deliver HR projects and transformation initiatives: manage timelines, stakeholders, change management, policy updates, process improvements, and adoption. Build and automate HR metrics, dashboards, and data models to provide workforce insights and drive operational efficiencies.

Unload containers and palletize cases per purchase orders; lift and move boxes (1–50 lb) repeatedly; segregate items by SKU; interlock and secure pallets with tape or shrink wrap; report quantity variances or damages; perform other warehouse duties while following safety (WHMIS/OSHA) and supervisor directions.
