Apprenticeship supporting commercial and bidding activities: enter sales orders, monitor distributor inventories, schedule visits, identify private sales and bidding opportunities, update internal reports and certificates, and handle administrative and operational tasks.

Support HR functions in France including recruitment and training while helping implement new processes and change initiatives across the organization.

Provide sales and marketing support (contract management, tender docs, marketing materials, customer enquiries), and finance & administration (vendor follow-up, SOX support, cash collection reminders, procurement, office administration). Prepare and maintain CT-PL accounting, tax and finance processes including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, monthly/quarterly closings, consolidated F/S support for HQ, statutory filings (CIT, VAT), payment execution, inventory and revenue recognition, fixed asset depreciation and lease amortization, contract and tax-invoice review, and act as finance/tax liaison with HQ and local agencies.

Perform accounts receivable and payable processing, manage expense budgets and document control, review payment and approval documents, assist with financial close, tax filings, and prepare reports for head office. Provide AP and accounting support to the finance team.

Support daily HR operations including recruitment, document checks, registering hires in BSP payroll, managing working hours, benefits (meal/transport, health insurance), arranging occupational exams, preparing HR payment requests in Groupware, fleet support, drafting HR letters, and organizing personnel files.

Support daily supply chain operations including order processing, inventory tracking, shipment coordination, and data maintenance. Monitor stock levels, escalate risks, assist reporting and planning, and participate in S&OP and product launch activities while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Support the Canada finance team with daily accounting tasks including credit card and out-of-pocket reconciliation, AP journal and EFT processing, vendor setup, cashbook and bank reconciliations, weekly cash flow and monthly cash reports, cheque deposits, AR clearing, and ad hoc finance projects. Provide system support and training for accounting and expense systems.

Provide day-to-day operational support and continuous improvement for SAP Public Cloud SCM for Hungary and European subsidiaries. Manage incidents, configuration, changerequests, testing and go-live activities. Participate in global ERP rollouts, perform requirement analysis, solution design, and user training. Collaborate with global ERP teams to maintain standards, documentation, and process optimization.
