Leads strategic financial planning, budgeting, accounting, cash management, reporting, internal controls, audits, payroll, grants, revenue cycle, and compliance. Advises the CEO and Board, builds finance, insurance, and IT teams, oversees pharmacy financial accountability, improves business processes, maintains corporate records and assets, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role also includes staff evaluations, employee development, and local and out-of-state travel.

Manage and secure multi-site LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, SD-WAN, firewall, and cloud networking environments. Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, administer DNS, DHCP, IPAM, VLANs, and security controls, monitor performance and threats, respond to incidents, and support vulnerability remediation. Participate in network design, site deployments, vendor coordination, documentation, cabling, and data center support. Serve as an escalation point, mentor junior staff, collaborate across IT teams, and provide on-call incident response.
