Manage and maintain the client9s self-hosted ServiceNow platform in an AWS government cloud environment. Perform OS and ServiceNow upgrades/patches, ensure platform stability for application servers, MID servers, load balancers, databases, and external integrations, and support ongoing platform operations for the Northern Virginia client.

Design, configure, test, and support Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules (Purchasing and Accounts Payable). Gather requirements, write functional specs and test scripts, troubleshoot production issues, ensure compliance, and contribute to process optimization in Agile or waterfall environments.

Design, build, and operate end-to-end data infrastructure and pipelines to ingest, process, store, and transform data. Create and maintain data models, schemas, and data quality checks; implement data lineage and protection measures; troubleshoot pipelines; collaborate with data scientists and security teams; document architectures; and participate in data governance and continuous improvement.

Build and validate ML and statistical models, including NLP/LLM and generative AI solutions; perform ETL and analysis using Python and SQL; create dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/Databricks; collaborate with data engineers and research new tools to solve federal client problems. US citizenship required.

Analyze organizations to design processes and systems: assess business models and technology integration, gather and synthesize information, capture requirements, evaluate current state, and define future-state business and technical solutions.

Maintain and operate DevOps and development environments using containerization and modern DevOps tools. Support production and pilot programs across secure low-side environments, on-premises infrastructure, and AWS. Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters, automation (Ansible), Linux systems, and cloud/hardware integration to ensure secure, reliable deployments for federal clients.
