Manages the Santa Fe Opera’s marketing communications and website lifecycle, including content, publications, email campaigns, digital advertising, CRM segmentation, analytics, branding, and user experience. Coordinates website updates, ticketing interfaces, forms, archives, seasonal launches, vendor projects, and cross-department initiatives. The role also provides editorial oversight, basic graphic design, troubleshooting, and project management while collaborating with marketing, IT, agencies, and external digital-platform partners.
