Responsible for inventory and cost accounting including stock valuation, production order variance, functional cost reporting, labour reconciliation and efficiency, PPV analysis, CAPEX reporting and justification, deferral calculations, cost reconciliations (DP, forex, landed and inbound freight), local flash reporting, and fixed asset entries including depreciation.

Support the marketing function by planning and executing campaigns and projects, analyzing marketing data to develop strategies, and implementing department policies to achieve organizational objectives. Manage petty cash and vouchers, post transactions into GTB GAPS, write cheques, issue and follow up invoices with Business Development, settle monthly capitation/FFS with Medical Administrator, daily entry into Sage 50, maintain financial records, and perform other duties as assigned by CFO/MD/CEO.

Lead marketing and sales strategy for the HMO: set go-to-market and sales targets, manage and motivate the sales/marketing team, oversee proposals and budgets, manage key accounts and partnerships, analyze pipelines and performance, and report to senior management.

Support the marketing function by managing specific campaigns and projects, implementing policies and strategies, executing marketing programs, analyzing marketing data to inform strategy, prioritizing tasks in complex situations, and contributing to organizational objectives.

Manage assigned sales territories to achieve targets, plan and redistribute products, enforce financial and sales procedures, analyze competitors, advise on restructuring, and coordinate marketing communications for market penetration and trade development.

Owner of client relationships and portfolio growth; identifies opportunities, delivers customized B2B solutions, drives retention and upsell, leads client reviews, liaises with design/implementation, and represents the company at industry events.
