Manage global OEM and key account relationships for Industrial Vacuum Solutions, acting as liaison between OEM technical teams and Nilfisk R&D/production. Grow existing OEM business into global accounts, support local sales, identify new opportunities (especially in food and pharma), contribute to product/market strategy, and support sales with customized technical solutions.

Regional Sales Manager responsible for dealer and end-user sales across Wisconsin: equipment demonstrations, installations, training, dealer management, Salesforce pipeline management, forecasts, competitor intelligence, and meeting annual sales goals while traveling within the region.

Drive consultative, long-cycle industrial sales for vacuum and filtration solutions across Czech Republic and Slovakia. Conduct site assessments, design solutions, manage full sales lifecycle, coordinate with global IVS Competence Center, oversee implementation and training, maintain CRM and project reporting, and support regional IVS growth.

Lead and expand regional sales across Turkic-speaking countries by developing strategy, managing distributors and key accounts, driving revenue growth, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Monitor sales performance, ensure compliance with local regulations, deliver forecasts and reports, and support regional marketing and partner training to increase market share and profitability.

Manage end-to-end order lifecycle, act as primary contact for customers and internal teams, resolve order exceptions, coordinate shipments, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.

Partner with Sales to drive commercial performance through analysis of trends, pricing, customer profitability and forecasting. Build KPI dashboards, deliver actionable recommendations, support pricing and ROI evaluations, and present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders to enable strategic, value-creating commercial decisions.

Provide field-level sales support to regional managers and dealers: conduct equipment demonstrations, training, site surveys, support trade shows, manage demo inventory, execute call plans in Salesforce.com, and assist the Regional Director with sales support and business-critical functions.

Manage accounts receivable tasks for the Consumer Division: monitor customer accounts, resolve billing/payment discrepancies, perform credit checks, release blocked orders, prepare AR reports (aging, cash flow), collaborate with Customer Care and in-country AR experts, and participate in order-to-cash improvement initiatives.

Phone-based inside sales role supporting dealer and consumer accounts: manage assigned accounts, qualify leads, run sales campaigns, generate quotes and enter opportunities in Salesforce, provide pricing/inventory/order tracking support, collaborate with field sellers, and perform administrative tasks. Virtual with occasional onsite training; ~5% travel.

Partner with site leadership to own site finance, planning, reporting, capital requests, and accounting liaison. Drive forecasting, SUC accuracy, R&D project finance, mentor finance team, and ensure compliance with corporate timelines and standards.
