Provide high-level operational and communications support to the VP of Philanthropic Partnerships & Influence. Manage calendar, email triage, meeting logistics, travel, Salesforce records, briefings, contracts and consultant payments. Track project timelines, streamline workflows, prepare conference intelligence, handle expense reports, and maintain confidentiality while collaborating across teams in a remote, global environment.
