Lead construction management from pre-construction through completion for data center/mission-critical projects: manage design coordination, budget, schedule, billing, subcontractor payments, cost forecasting, client and architect communications, risk escalation, project reporting, meetings, and team oversight including mentoring and career development.

Build and maintain financial models and underwriting analyses for real estate development (primarily residential) across Canada and the U.S. Support market research, debt and equity financing, contract negotiations, and stakeholder liaison to drive project structuring and investment opportunities.

Design, develop and deliver bilingual technology training for employees across classroom, virtual and onsite settings. Create interactive e-learning content, facilitator guides, videos and assessments; measure program effectiveness with Intellum, Power Apps and Power BI. Coordinate internal sessions, support training communications, and apply instructional design and project management within construction projects.

Manage project accounting for construction projects: review contracts, process subcontractor payments and payroll allocations, prepare client billing packages, maintain cash flow forecasts, and assist project managers with monthly financial reporting.

Support project and finance teams by reviewing and approving accounts payable batches, creating vouchers and cost transfers, handling cost code creation, coordinating labour allocation with payroll, working in project and financial management systems, and assisting with new project setup and related duties.

Manage mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, costing, contractor management, commissioning oversight, quality reporting, and training handover to facility management. Chair M&E meetings and resolve technical issues to ensure project delivery.

Provide administrative support for construction projects: answer calls, schedule meetings and minutes, manage mail and Excel spreadsheets, track time and attendance, prepare reports/presentations, validate invoices and assist accounts payable, liaise with subtrades, maintain project/personnel data, and perform document control.
