The Associate Director will lead AHP’s analytics and data products domain, building curated datasets, transformation pipelines, semantic models, dashboards, and automated reporting. Responsibilities include delivering client and enterprise data products, establishing reporting standards, managing production refreshes and documentation, coordinating data engineering resources, and supporting AI initiatives. The role is hands-on, client-facing, and requires technical leadership across distributed project teams.

Leads enterprise data governance and applied research methods, including business glossaries, quality rules, documentation, stewardship, study design, measurement, sampling, analysis plans, and data-readiness standards for AI and client projects.

Leads a portfolio of opioid settlement subrecipient programs, overseeing grant compliance, performance monitoring, fiscal documentation, deliverables, risk assessment, and stakeholder relationships. The role interprets federal and Illinois grant requirements, reviews spending and performance data, facilitates meetings and technical assistance, resolves complex issues, and coordinates matrixed teams without direct authority. It also supports program implementation, training, continuous improvement, and escalation of matters beyond delegated authority.
