Serve as a trusted strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, change management, and program deployment. Lead P&C initiatives, support succession and talent reviews, drive adoption of HR programs, and foster cross-functional collaboration to strengthen engagement, leadership capability, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles across Quebec and Ontario: source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, advise hiring managers, close offers, and optimize TA processes to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring quality.

Lead construction projects from contract to delivery: manage budgets, schedules, contracts, trade relationships, HSE compliance, client expectations, reporting, and mentor project teams while performing regular site visits.

Support procurement manager with invoice processing, purchase documentation, PO creation, equipment and fleet management, coordination of deliveries, drone registration/management, and liaison with sites and accounting teams to ensure timely, compliant procurement operations.

Lead full-contract construction project delivery: manage schedules, budgets, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, contracts, stakeholder communication, BIM coordination, and team development to ensure on-time, compliant, and profitable project completion.

Provide operational HR support for onboarding, data integrity, compliance, recruitment support, employee inquiries, recognition and internal communications, and generate HR reports and dashboards to ensure a consistent employee experience.

Provide administrative and document-control support across multiple construction projects: manage meeting logistics and minutes, maintain SharePoint and Procore files, assist with subcontracts and purchase orders, support billing and job cost tracking, prepare client reports, coordinate project closeout and site needs, and support project teams with ad hoc administrative tasks.
