Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, convert outreach into meetings, advance opportunities through proposals and presentations, manage CRM pipeline and activity, represent the company at events and site visits, and drive revenue through closed deals and qualified opportunities.

Drive new business across the GTA by prospecting, developing relationships, owning the full sales cycle, leading proposals and negotiations, closing profitable commercial construction projects, maintaining CRM and pipeline forecasting, and partnering with leadership to grow strategic accounts and recurring revenue.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable and construction accounting for operating entities: process vendor/subcontractor invoices, reconcile accounts, support month-end and audit prep, file statutory remittances, maintain WIP schedules, and ensure data integrity across Spectrum and Procore.
