Provide technical leadership and Level 3 support for FPGA-based real-time power-electronics simulation (eHS/eFPGASIM). Integrate high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, Aurora), perform unit/functional/integration testing, participate in hardware and code reviews, and collaborate with hardware/software teams to meet performance, latency, and resource constraints.

Lead QA automation strategy and framework design, build and maintain CI/CD test automation, write and review test scripts, collaborate with DevOps/software/hardware teams, mentor QA engineers, promote testing best practices, metrics and reporting to improve quality and traceability.

Drive new business and manage existing automotive and academic accounts in North America. Execute consultative sales cycles, prospect, demo products, prepare technical-commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals, and represent OPAL-RT at events. Role requires collaboration with presales, R&D and partners and includes up to 35% travel.

Co-develop and adapt electrical courseware for academic collaborators and new rapid-control-prototyping hardware. Produce training videos, contribute to scientific publications, and support HIL/RCP and digital-twin based simulations for power systems and renewable-energy topics.
