Lead development of computer vision components for mission systems: define requirements, design and implement object-detection algorithms, verify and integrate software on target embedded hardware, manage releases, support system testing and operations, and act as technical lead coordinating schedules and tasks across teams.

Support satellite mission operations by developing command procedures, telemetry displays, and operational processes. Implement and validate procedures using Python and a satellite simulator, configure ground system monitoring and anomaly detection data, add automated checks for standards compliance, and automate CI/CD unit-test failure analysis and remediation. Collaborate with engineering teams and use tools like Jira, GitLab, and AI utilities to improve efficiency and validation.

Establish and operate company-wide resource and demand planning, consolidating project demand, managing workforce allocation, aligning forecasts with finance, delivering dashboards and reports, enforcing governance, improving reforecasting, and providing insight to leadership to identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies.

Lead and execute sales and business development activities to secure contracts with the Government of Japan and industry customers for on‑orbit services. Develop and implement communication strategies, engage customers and partners, produce competitive proposals, and coordinate with business leads. Perform related duties as assigned.

Lead design and execution of satellite operational concepts, plans, procedures, tools, validation, training, and post-launch operations. Coordinate technical requirements with engineering teams and customers, prepare operational documents and reviews, form and lead an operations team, and participate in shift operations after launch.

Design and integrate mechanical refueling subsystems for satellites, define interfaces and ICDs, plan and execute vibration/thermal/thermal-cycle tests, assemble hardware with production, manage procurement and supplier coordination, and validate capture and refueling mechanisms.
