＜職務内容/役割・責任＞
プロジェクト計画に基づき、衛星および搭載コンポーネントの電気試験およびシステム試験を担当する
- 衛星の電気試験およびシステム試験の計画立案
- 試験仕様書、試験手順書、試験報告書の作成
- 衛星またはコンポーネントの機能試験、インターフェース試験、電源系試験、通信系試験、システム統合試験
- 作成された手順に従って、各種試験装置を用いて電気・システム試験を行う
- 派遣社員への指示や委託業者と協業
- 材料、部品、副資材等の保管、現場レイアウトの整備、受入検査のサポート
- 生産プロセスや装置/治具の改良、手順書の改善、コスト低減などに対する開発へのフィードバック
- 試験用の治具や設備の運用
- 不具合発生時の原因解析（トラブルシューティング）および是正対応
- サブシステム担当（構体、熱、電源、通信、ソフトウエア等）との技術調整
- 打ち上げ前後の支援、初期運用フェーズでの技術サポート（必要に応じて）
<必須条件>
- 以下のいずれかの実務経験（3年以上目安）
人工衛星、宇宙機、航空機、自動車、精密機器等の組立または電気試験（3年以上目安）
複雑なシステムの統合試験
- 電気回路図、ブロック図、インターフェース仕様書の読解能力
- オシロスコープ、マルチメータ、電源、ロジ穴アナ等の計測器の使用経験
- M365（Excel, Word, PowerPoint等）を使用してスケジュール管理や報告書を作成できる
- 基本勤務体系：フルタイム勤務（9:00～18:00）
- 日本語能力：日本語を母国語とする、あるいはJLPT N1相当
<望ましい条件>
- 電気・電子工学、航空宇宙、情報工学等の学士相当以上の学歴
- 衛星バスに関する知識
- 筑波宇宙センターでの実務経験
- JAXA等の宇宙関連規格への理解
Skills Required
- 3+ years practical experience in assembly or electrical testing of satellites, spacecraft, aircraft, automotive, or precision equipment
- Experience with complex system integration testing
- Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams, block diagrams, and interface specifications
- Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and logic analyzers
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for schedule management and reporting
- Full-time availability (standard hours 9:00–18:00)
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to native or JLPT N1
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering, aerospace, information engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of satellite bus
- Practical experience at Tsukuba Space Center
- Understanding of JAXA or other space-related standards
