Own full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal, deliver tailored demos, map policy workflows to product solutions, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams. Represent the company at events and maintain CRM and forecasts.

Design, implement, and own end-to-end features and architecture. Coordinate across tech, product, commercial, and design teams. Maintain code quality and security, lead PoCs, and solve complex technical challenges while prioritizing customer needs and development velocity.

Lead customer onboarding and implementation for public affairs teams, build and iterate implementation playbooks to streamline go-lives, act as main post-sale contact to drive adoption and measurable outcomes, and partner with Sales and Product on handovers and feature feedback.
