Lead and manage multiple gas-skid projects from kickoff to final payment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery; support quoting, risk mitigation, procurement, fabrication, QA/QC, stakeholder communication, and continuous project-management improvements.

Source and purchase project-specific goods and services; manage supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery); prepare RFQs; negotiate and execute contracts; coordinate with project engineering; operate purchasing systems; drive supplier reviews and continuous improvement; support commercial/administrative tasks and adhere to company procurement policies.

Prepare and develop layout, assembly and detailed drawings using 2D/3D CAD for skid-mounted and pressure-vessel projects. Design and coordinate mechanical engineering deliverables for projects: create drawings, BOMs/MTOs, estimates, reports, ensure document control and ISO compliance, resolve technical and fabrication issues, coordinate vendors and third-party approvals, and support project managers on cost/variation analysis.

Provide technical guidance, evaluate RFQs, develop project plans, manage scope, risk, procurement, fabrication, QA/QC, and stakeholder communication.
