Senior advisory role to strengthen financial viability and operations of MRFs and waste-infrastructure projects, build new project pipelines, provide technical due diligence, engage Urban Local Bodies, design decentralised circular business models, and support implementation partners and internal project teams. Requires hands-on MRF experience and sector partnerships to scale operations and secure funding.

Lead and deliver client engagements in circular economy; manage end-to-end projects, stakeholders, and teams; drive business development and profitability; provide thought leadership; ensure risk management, compliance and measurable sustainability impact.

Support delivery of consulting engagements by owning workstreams, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, producing client-ready outputs, managing timelines, facilitating workshops, and contributing to business development and internal initiatives while developing expertise in Xynteo's frameworks and sustainability topics.
