Role Overview
As a Consultant at Xynteo, you will support the delivery of high-impact consulting engagements by contributing structured analysis, high-quality outputs and effective stakeholder engagement. You will own defined workstreams within projects, work closely with senior colleagues and clients, and build the foundational skills required to grow as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects by owning defined workstreams and producing high-quality, client-ready outputs
- Conduct robust qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, translating findings into clear insights and practical recommendations
- Support project planning and execution by managing timelines, prioritising deliverables, and adapting to changing client needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats, including presentations, reports and client interactions
- Support the design and delivery of client meetings, workshops and internal sessions
- Build familiarity with Xynteo’s core frameworks, methodologies and focus areas, and rapidly develop knowledge in new topics or sectors
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across teams and geographies, contributing to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Demonstrate ownership of personal development, actively seeking feedback and learning opportunities
- Contribute, where relevant, to business development, thought leadership or internal initiatives beyond project delivery
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably Master’s degree in business administration, sustainability or a related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, sustainability, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in ambiguous contexts
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
