Assist the principal in school administration, instructional leadership, student discipline, attendance, testing coordination, staff hiring/evaluation/training, program oversight (Junior High, Athletics, Community Education, EL), emergency planning, and parent/community communication. Ensure compliance with district policies and maintain school operations and records using student information and assessment systems.

Provide classroom and administrative support under the principal/teacher supervision: assist with clerical tasks, supervise students during drills, recess, lunch and field trips, help with drop-off/pick-up, reinforce lessons in small groups, assist with educational computer programs, and perform other non-professional duties as assigned.

Lead non-instructional campus operations partnering with the Principal to manage facilities, safety, budgets, vendors, staffing, enrollment, and community engagement. Drive continuous improvement using data and Lean practices, ensure compliance and emergency preparedness, hire and develop operational staff, and support enrollment growth and family experience.

Provide classroom and campus support in a K-8 setting: supervise students, assist teachers with grading and materials, cover office duties, support driveline, lunch/recess, emergency drills, and small-group instruction.
